A brothel with a two levels. The VIP level is above, is less crowded with each party getting their own booth. There is a balcony where VIPs can look over the main level. The booths can have a privacy screen for private conversation and private dances. There is a doorway into nicer rooms where more lascivious activities can take place.
There is a crowded floor beneath where the rabble gather around small tables. There is a much larger bar without access to the top-shelf liquor.
